At Zada Secret, we’re committed to offering jewellery that’s beautifully made and thoughtfully designed. We want you to love every piece you receive — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a defective item

  • You received the wrong item

To qualify for a return:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and returned with tags attached and original packaging

  • Return must be shipped within 7 days after notifying us

❗Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

  • Earrings, unless defective (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items returned due to personal preferences, such as:

    • Too big / small / short / long / doesn’t suit me

  • Subjective issues with material or appearance

  • Removable dirt or dust

  • Bent 925 sterling silver posts – This is normal due to the softness of the material. Gently realign the post if needed; it’s not considered a defect.


📦 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except for defective items

  • A tracking number must be provided to our team

  • We are not responsible for lost returns — please keep proof of postage


💳 Store Credit & Refunds

  • If your exchange item is out of stock, we will issue store credit

  • Refunds are issued as store credit only – no cash refunds

  • Store credit is valid for 60 days from the issue date

  • Store credit is single-use only and cannot be combined with discount codes
