How to Place an Order with Zada Secret:

   Explore our products here: Latest Collection, Rings, Earrings, Necklaces, Bracelets, Charms.
2. Select Your Favorite Items
    See something you love? Click on the item to view more photos and detailed descriptions.
3. Add to Bag
   Once you've made your choice, click “Add to Bag.” Your item will be saved in your shopping bag.
4. Continue Shopping or Checkout
    Keep browsing or proceed to checkout when you're ready.
5. Account Setup 👤
    At checkout, you can create an account or continue as a guest.
    (If you check out as a guest, an account will automatically be created for you. You can log in by resetting your password.)
6. Payment 💳
    Choose your preferred payment method and follow the instructions.
7. Submit Your Order 📦
   Click “Submit Your Order” to complete your purchase.
8. You're All Set! ✨

📧 Order Confirmation & Dispatch

Once your payment is successfully processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

🕒 Processing Time
 All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 2 business days.
 Please note: During peak periods — such as sales, festive seasons, or public holidays — dispatch may take up to 5 business days.

🚚 Shipping & Tracking
 Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and shipping details, so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

❌ Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change, and we’re here to help. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email as soon as possible.

🔹 Cancellation Fee
A 3% administrative fee will apply to all cancelled orders. This fee covers non-refundable payment gateway charges and processing costs, and will be deducted from your refund.

🔹 Non-Cancellable Orders
Please note that the following orders are not eligible for cancellation:

• Orders containing items from collaboration collections
• Pre-orders, as each piece is specially reserved just for you

🔹 Order Already Processed or Shipped
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, our Return Policy (if applicable) will apply.
