🔄 Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order if:
You received a defective item
You received the wrong item
To qualify for a return:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
Item(s) must be unused, undamaged, and returned with tags attached and original packaging
Return must be shipped within 7 days after notifying us
❗Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:
Earrings, unless defective (for hygiene reasons)
Sale or clearance items
Items returned due to personal preferences, such as:
Too big / small / short / long / doesn’t suit me
Subjective issues with material or appearance
Removable dirt or dust
Bent 925 sterling silver posts – This is normal due to the softness of the material. Gently realign the post if needed; it’s not considered a defect.
📦 Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except for defective items
A tracking number must be provided to our team
We are not responsible for lost returns — please keep proof of postage
💳 Store Credit & Refunds
If your exchange item is out of stock, we will issue store credit
Refunds are issued as store credit only – no cash refunds
Store credit is valid for 60 days from the issue date
Store credit is single-use only and cannot be combined with discount codes
